Other than the retired and empty 10182 Cafe Corner, the Modular Buildings Collection’s only hotel is 10297 Boutique Hotel and considering that minifigures can’t even check in to the older model, that makes 10297 Boutique Hotel a touch more accessible.
Outside of the hotel, a rooftop terrace and art gallery are featured, adding to the luxurious nature of the set. Inside the main building, there are two smaller rooms and a penthouse suite taking up the top floor as well as the lobby with plenty of space to linger while you wait for your room to be ready.
