LEGO BrickHeadz 40673 Spring Festival Mickey Mouse confirmed

A previously-rumoured LEGO BrickHeadz set for 2024 has now been officially confirmed as being 40673 Spring Festival Mickey Mouse.

We’ve had a deluge of rumours recently regarding potential LEGO sets for 2024, giving us a good idea of what models might be arriving in the months to come. Included in the list of possible builds for next year are at least 10 LEGO BrickHeadz sets that are said to cover such themes as Star Wars, Marvel, Harry Potter and Disney.

Now we’ve had confirmation of one of those models, thanks to the LEGO Group’s official Product Certification page. The listings for 2024 releases now includes 40673 Spring Festival Mickey Mouse, a build that was previously reported to be 40673 Lunar New Year Disney. Both product names suggest a Chinese New Year connection, which could give us some clues as to the look of Mickey in the set.

The only other details we have regarding 40673 Spring Festival Mickey Mouse are that it might be arriving in January 2024, although that’s just a rumour for now. We usually get our first look at a handful of LEGO Chinese New Year sets at the annual China International Expo, with this year’s event kicking off today, so it’s possible the BrickHeadz model may pop up at the show sometime this week.

For now, do remember to treat any unconfirmed rumours regarding 40673 Spring Festival Mickey Mouse as pure speculation until more details are forthcoming from the LEGO Group.
