Seven LEGO sets on back order in the US that you can still pick up elsewhere
No one wants to wait for their new LEGO sets so here’s how to get six LEGO sets currently on back order in the US right away.
The start of the new year means a deluge of new LEGO sets arriving at LEGO.com, as well as some new year shopping splurges on old favourites. As such, 71 sets are currently on back order on the official American online LEGO store, meaning you’ll need to wait days or even weeks for some of your newly-purchased sets to ship.
However, LEGO.com isn’t the only place to shop if you want your LEGO soon. Major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Barnes & Noble also have plenty of stock – and they can all ship with next-day delivery. Here’s a look at six LEGO sets currently on back order that you can pick up right away at one of those three retailers.
LEGO Star Wars UCS 75355 X-Wing Starfighter
The X-Wing set of all X-Wing sets, this LEGO Star Wars UCS set is quite rightly on back order in the US right now, having gone down a treat with fans of the iconic ship. 75355 X-Wing Starfighter will ship in a whopping 60 days if you buy it from LEGO.com but could be yours in 24 hours if you shop at Amazon. There’s no price difference between the two so the choice is easy, if you ask us.
LEGO Icons 10318 Concorde
An enormous homage to the plane that flew faster than the speed of sound, 10318 Concorde won’t ship until January 16 right now, so it’s well worth shopping around for a faster deal (even if just to pay tribute to the superfast vehicle). Once again, Amazon comes to the rescue with a price-matched offer on the set, shipping the very same day.
LEGO Icons 10325 Alpine Lodge
Christmas might be over but it’s never too early to start preparing for 2024. Plus, 10325 Alpine Lodge looks cosy enough to display all year-round in all honesty, Pick it up at Barnes & Noble and qualify for free Expedited Shipping at checkout, assuring delivery by Thursday, January 11.
LEGO Star Wars 75328 The Mandalorian Helmet
One of the best examples of the LEGO Star Wars Helmet sub-theme, 75328 The Mandalorian Helmet won’t ship until January 27, a long wait if you’re keen to get your hands on the shiny plated build. Luckily, Amazon has plenty of copies – with next-day delivery. Plus, you can grab it at a 20% discount right now to sweeten the deal even more.
LEGO Ideas 21336 The Office
One of the most iconic sit-coms ever deserves a space on your LEGO shelf – and soon. Also not shipping until January 27, Walmart can have it shipped to you by tomorrow, meaning you could round off your mid-week slump with the minifigures from 21336 The Office.
LEGO Jurassic World 76964 Dinosaur Fossils: T. Rex Skull
Another set you won’t see until the very end of the month, Barnes & Noble is coming in clutch with expedited shipping once again with 76964 Dinosaur Fossils: T. Rex Skull. This display-ready LEGO Jurassic World is just begging to be yours by the weekend.
LEGO Creator 3-in-1 31147 Retro Camera
Last but certainly not least, LEGO Creator 3-in-1 31147 Retro Camera has proved to be such a popular January 2024 release that it’s now on a 60-day back order. Not to worry though, as you can still pick it up for its standard RRP at Amazon and qualify for next-day delivery.
