Every LEGO set coming in March 2024 – Star Wars, Speed Champions and more

Dozens of new LEGO sets are arriving on shelves in March 2024, from themes including Star Wars, Technic, Speed Champions and more. Here’s a complete round-up of what to expect.

March is the new January, at least in the LEGO calendar, with more sets – and bigger models – hitting store shelves real and virtual across the LEGO portfolio. If you’re currently deliberating what to buy first come March 1, make sure you at least have a full grasp of what’s releasing next month by surfing through the list below.

Presented here are 54 new LEGO sets launching in March 2024, covering everything from LEGO Technic’s latest foray into outer space to the first LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary sets – along with a handful of sets announced so long ago that you’d be forgiven for forgetting about them altogether. (Cough, cough, Animal Crossing.)

Note that some of these sets are already available to pre-order, though you might be best waiting until March 1 to see if any new gifts-with-purchase arrive to kickstart the month.

NINJAGO’s second batch of 2024 sets includes a couple of must-have models for theme veterans, and one that should tempt even casual fans into making a purchase. 71819 Dragon Stone Shrine is the sort of thing that wouldn’t look out of place with an 18+ label on the box, designed more so for display rather than play.

LEGO Speed Champions March 2024 sets

What’s rumoured to be a bumper year for LEGO Speed Champions is shifting into gear with five new cars across four new sets in March, headlined by BMW’s introduction to the fold and a brand new Formula 1 car. Don’t overlook the Audi or Mustang, though: these cars all look like worthy additions to the eight-wide garage. There’s also a bonus new five-wide polybag… if you can find it.

LEGO Star Wars March 2024 sets

Just in case you’ve been living under a rock, 2024 marks the 25th anniversary of LEGO Star Wars. The theme’s two January releases kept quiet about that fact, but the March wave is shouting it from the rooftops with new box art and two exclusive 25th-anniversary minifigures in ARC Trooper Fives and Darth Malak. There are also three new midi-scale sets in the mix, now branded under the Starship Collection.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
