LEGO Harry Potter’s rumoured Malfoy Manor may have the perfect foundation
One of the most interesting LEGO Harry Potter sets rumoured for next year might already have the perfect foundation from a Jurassic World model.
A recent list of names for rumoured LEGO Harry Potter sets coming next year includes what could be the first released iteration of Malfoy Manor. These come from BrickTap via itavix_bricks on Instagram.
While the list remains a rumour for now and is to be taken with caution, a few enthusiasts have already had a crack at recreating the manor in LEGO, despite the few minutes of screen time it has.
Mecabricks user Wizardbuilds1 has already drafted a set-compatible version of Malfoy Manor inspired by LEGO Jurassic World’s 75930 Indoraptor Rampage at Lockwood Estate from 2018.
The foundations of the retired set work surprisingly well for Malfoy Manor and there’s still room inside for the most important details, though we imagine that the LEGO Group’s designers would fill in any gaps with other small builds, stickers and accessories.
It’s a different take on Malfoy Manor than the official concept art from 2011 depicted and while you may be curious to see which direction the LEGO Harry Potter designers opt for, remember that 76453 Malfoy Manor and the other sets on the list are only rumours at the time of writing.

- LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
