Further delays revealed for LEGO NINJAGO: Shatterspin

More delays have been announced for the rest of the LEGO NINJAGO: Shatterspin series, but not for everyone at the time of writing.

LEGO NINJAGO’s latest series of comics has officially kicked off with the release of Shatterspin’s first issue last week but publisher Image Comics has confirmed that there will be a slight delay for those waiting for the next issues.

The publisher’s website now lists the second, third and fourth issues as being released six days to one week later than previously confirmed. Retailers in the UK still have the old release dates though and this small delay might only affect the US.

It’s not a huge issue for American NINJAGO fans, but they’ll have to avoid spoilers should the delay only affect the US. The first issue is available now and the fifth has yet to be revealed, but there will be one to round out the story.

At the time of writing, the series’ final issue could be released in November but it will almost certainly be on shelves before the end of the year, based on the current schedule.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
