Hideo Kojima isn’t slowing down on expanding his LEGO collection
Despite previously sharing his backlog of unbuilt LEGO sets, video game icon Hideo Kojima has added not one, but two, more LEGO sets to his collection.
Just three months on from sharing images and a video of a stash of unbuilt LEGO sets, Kojima has just added two more to his growing collection. The Metal Gear Solid creator and self-confessed LEGO fan has bought 21350 Jaws and 10334 Retro Radio. While both are excellent choices, the latter is somewhat of a departure from his typical purchase.
In the past, he’s shared LEGO sets usually connected to major franchises, like Dune, PAC-MAN, the Ultimate Collector Series Razor Crest, a familiar time machine and more. 10334 Retro Radio is not the only LEGO set that’s not connected to a major franchise (Kojima has also picked up 10318 Concorde in the past.
Kojima took to X to share his new purchase, writing: “I bought the Jaws and Radio LEGO sets. ‘We’re going to need a bigger boat.'”
If you want to emulate the gaming legend, both 21350 Jaws and 10334 Retro Radio are available to buy now on LEGO.com, for £129.99 / $149.99 / €149.99 and £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 respectively.
