First look at upcoming LEGO DREAMZzz 2 in 1 sets

Thanks to the official Product Certification page, we now have our first look at a pair of upcoming LEGO DREAMZzz 2 in 1 models.

Recent rumours suggest that as many as 14 new LEGO DREAMZzz sets may be on the way in 2025, although those details have yet to be confirmed. Potential models for next year may include the likes of 71487 Mateo and Z-Blob Robot and Vehicle Adventures 1in20, 71488 Izzie’s Creative Box, 71489 Cooper’s Gaming Jet and many more.

A key selling point of the LEGO DREAMZzz theme is the ability to create multiple builds using the selection of elements contained within each set. That also looks to hold true for a new pair of upcoming LEGO DREAMZzz offerings that have now been added to the official Product Certification page.

5009051 DREAMZzz Panda 2 in 1 appears to be a scaled down version of 71481 Izzie’s Dream Animals, complete with small brick-build red panda and Izzie minifigure. There’s no indication at this stage as to what the model’s second form may take, with the larger version offering a trio of constructs to make.

In addition, 5009052 DREAMZzz T-Rex 2 in 1 is on its way at some point, representing a shrunken take on 71484 Cooper’s Robot Dinosaur C-Rex, with the latter able to be reconfigured as a pterodactyl. While Cooper is missing from the latest build, the set does come with a Mateo minifigure, although the model’s alternate version also remains a mystery.

It’s not yet known if the two LEGO DREAMZzz sets will be offered up as promotional polybags at some stage or if the listings are for a pair of LEGO DREAMZzz magazine cover gifts, but we’ll keep you posted.
