Retired LEGO Technic set races back for one more chance
A retired LEGO Technic set has suddenly appeared near its standard price once more, offering you another chance to pick up 42083 Bugatti Chiron.
Sports Direct appears to have found a few copies of 42083 Bugatti Chiron lying around and is offering the long-retired LEGO Technic set for sale once more. This colossal creation retired in 2022 and is on the same scale as the many other massive LEGO Technic supercars that have been released since then.
Those who have picked up the new giant LEGO Technic McLaren set might be interested in this big Bugatti build, which features 3,599 pieces. It would usually cost £319.99 but that was before the LEGO price increases across all themes.
Sports Direct has it in stock now for £329.99, but considering that this set would likely be closer to £400 had it been available during the price increases, it’s not a bad price for a set that retired nearly two years ago. For that cost, you’re getting a realistic LEGO Bugatti model that will provide a challenging and lengthy experience.
Functions of 42083 Bugatti Chiron include a detailed W16 engine with moving pistons and an eight-speed gearbox with movable paddle shifters as well as a steering wheel with the Bugatti emblem.
