Exclusive LEGO minifigures you may have missed, now at a discount
There’s no doubt that LEGO minifigures are collectable and a few currently available sets have some hidden gems, now yours for a discount.
Whether you prefer Disney classics or remixed Star Wars icons, there’s an exclusive minifigure out there for you. Some sets featuring these one-of-a-kind minifigures are on sale right now. Here are a few of the best discounted LEGO models including unique minifigures, one of which has now retired officially.
One of the best minifigure-centric models on sale right now is 43227 Villain Icons, currently £91.99 instead of £124.99 at Zavvi. For Disney enthusiasts, this 100th-anniversary set is all about Disney villains. Even after the massive Snow White model, it’s the exclusive home of Genie Jafar, a new Maleficent and the only appearance of Gaston – hide your LEGO eggs.
Also good for Disney fans is Zavvi’s £10 discount on 43212 Disney Celebration Train. This model was similarly released for the 100th anniversary of Disney and it’s your only method of picking up a Moana minifigure rather than one of her multiple mini-dolls.
LEGO Jurassic World 76957 Velociraptor Escape is now officially retired. Still, stock persists at Zavvi, nearly price-matching LEGO.com with a £9 discount on the model and its exclusive Robert Muldoon minifigure. This is the first and possibly only appearance of this character as a minifigure, released specially for the 30th anniversary of Jurassic Park.
Don’t miss out on the huge reduction on 76218 Sanctum Sanctorum at Zavvi too. As well as including the most-detailed recreation of the iconic Marvel building to date, 76218 Sanctum Sanctorum features Master Mordo and two multiversal variants of Doctor Strange. We’re unlikely to see them as minifigures again.
The newer 75389 The Dark Falcon consists of entirely exclusive minifigures and it’s available with a notable £15 saving at Zavvi at the time of writing. While that’s not as subtanstial as other deals in this report, the new nature of the model makes the discount noteworthy two weeks after it launched. These deals are subject to stock levels and once 76957 Velociraptor Escape goes, it’s gone for good.
