Here’s how the other mini LEGO NINJAGO City sets could look

We’re getting a collection of miniature LEGO NINJAGO City sets, but we might already know what the rest of the range could look like.

A range of smaller depictions of the four NINJAGO City sets are on the way, as revealed by Instagram user Dylan Chow. A preview of the other three sets is provided on the back of the box but they’re silhouetted, not revealing their exact appearances.

Miniature recreations of NINJAGO City sets aren’t an entirely new idea thankfully. Much like 10230 Mini Modulars, there are several depictions of NINJAGO City sets at this scale online, including some from Adeel Zubair.

Their models include a mini version of 70620 NINJAGO City, similar to the official 40703 Micro NINJAGO City. There’s also one for 70657 NINJAGO City Docks, 71741 NINJAGO City Gardens and 71799 NINJAGO City Markets and each is recognisable and modular.

While these are all unofficial models, they offer an idea of what we may be able to expect from the other three mini NINJAGO City sets. They can connect together using the same method that the official sets do too. Unlike 40704 Micro NINJAGO City, the small boat and other bonus vehicles from the collection are not depicted.

Exactly how we’ll be able to acquire 40703 Micro NINJAGO City and the other three models has not been revealed at the time of writing. The most similar examples we have are the Houses of the World gift-with-purchases, which were available throughout 2023 with orders of £220 / $250 / €250 or more.

While we wait for more details, you can pick up both 71741 NINJAGO City Gardens and 71799 NINJAGO City Markets on the official online store now. The other two entries in the range retired a few years ago.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
