LEGO Marvel 76285 Spider-Man’s Mask available to pre-order now, pricing confirmed

LEGO Marvel 76285 Spider-Man’s Mask is now available to pre-order at LEGO.com, confirming its price around the world.

First unveiled by an Australian LEGO Certified Store, the 487-piece 18+ set will arrive on shelves on January 1, hot on the heels of the retirement of 76187 Venom. (We’ve long since given up trying to fathom the LEGO Group’s release strategies.) It packs in plenty of large printed pieces, including a display plaque, and stands over 19cm tall when all’s said and done.

So, what can you expect to pay for 76285 Spider-Man’s Mask? As revealed through listings on LEGO.com, the model will retail for £59.99 in the UK, $69.99 in the US and €69.99 in Europe. But you don’t have to wait until January to claim yours: you can pre-order the set right now. That’s good news if you’re looking for something fresh to help you reach the qualifying thresholds for both of this month’s new gifts-with-purchase.

From today through December 14, or while stocks last, 40603 Wintertime Carriage Ride is free with all orders above £130 / $150 / €150, while 40604 Christmas Décor Set is automatically added to orders totalling at least £65 / $70 / €70. Reaching the spend required for 40603 Wintertime Carriage Ride will therefore net you both festive freebies in one fell swoop.

76285 Spider-Man’s Mask won’t get you there alone, but it could well be part of a larger purchase, as pre-orders do count towards gift-with-purchase thresholds.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
