LEGO Animal Crossing pre-orders open, but you should wait
All of the LEGO Animal Crossing sets are up for pre-order ready for their March launch, but you’d be wise to wait a few hours before ordering them.
There’s not long left until double LEGO Insiders points are to be offered on the official online store. Hours before the event begins, the LEGO Group has opened pre-orders for the five upcoming LEGO Animal Crossing sets.
The first Nintendo minifigures may be exciting but don’t go pre-ordering the sets just yet. By waiting until tomorrow, January 20, you can score double points on the new theme and secure your copies ready for launch on March 1. The LEGO Insiders double points events are one of the best deals available on the official online store and the latest offer will last until January 24.
There are five LEGO Animal Crossing models coming on March 1 with a variety of characters from the games to collect. Similar to the LEGO Super Mario sets, you can connect them to make a unique island display. You aren’t going to receive the Japan-exclusive LEGO Animal Crossing packaging when you pre-order the builds– unless you’re in the region – but double points aren’t a bad trade all things considered.
LEGO Insiders can score double points on all purchases from January 20 to 24 and the five LEGO Animal Crossing sets are available to pre-order now.
