Six LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 3 sets you can buy now

The third series of the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program has had its selection of models revealed, but there’s no need to wait for some of them.

Six of the models in the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 3 can be yours now via the BrickLink MOC Pop-Up Store – no need to wait for crowdfunding or the risk of them not being picked as one of the few models to be made. With 185 builds in the round, some are inevitably not going to make the cut.

Here’s a look at exactly what you can buy from the third series of the LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 3 right now, though there may be minor differences to the ones on the MOC Pop-Up Store despite coming from the same users. Prices do not include shipping and handling fees.

6 – Modern House

There are 45 pieces between the version of this build in series 3 and the MOC Pop-Up Store but overall, it’s hard to tell what has changed. Prices start at £386.06 and £15.57 for the instructions for the 3,913-piece model by letsgolegobrick.

5 – Modular Post Office

Also with less than 50npieces difference between the model in series 3 and the MOC Pop-Up Store, the Modular Post Office by Ubertoys is mostly the same with 2,758 pieces. It can be yours starting from £326.39 and £8.61 for the instructions.

4 – Fairview Park

With a few minor changes, Fairview Park is an impressive LEGO park by thepresident14 with three distinct areas to enjoy. Prices start at £199.91 and the instructions are £16.45

3 – BIPLANE 3.0 Stars and Stripes

BIPLANE 3.0 Stars and Stripes in the third series of the BrickLink Designer Program is nearly the same as the Black Biplane, also from EmanueLego in the MOC Pop-Up Store and you can pick it up starting from £202.86 and the instructions for £12.99.

2 – Vintage Express – Deluxe Train Set

Provided you don’t mind the train from the Vintage Express – Deluxe Train Set being orange instead of red, Danjo_trains’ entry into the MOC Pop-Up Store is a good way to ensure you get the build and will cost you £155.38 at least for the bricks and £9.87 for the instructions.

1 – test

One of the teapots from BrickAbe’s Teapot Collection in Series 3 can be yours for at least £51.05 and £6.58 for instructions in the MOC Pop-Up Store, not including either of the minifigures.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.

Whereas I am not too thrilled with the cardboard packaging… I am one of those who just don’t have the time to stand in a store and “feel” the foil/plastic bags to get the ones I want.
Because of that, I long ago decided to shop for dealers who could provide the entire series line without any extra ones. So usually I buy 2 or 3 of each set (24 for a “12” figure set, 36 for an 18 figure set…) This has so far been without too many issues.
Of course, this costs me a fortune.
I would prefer that LEGO go back to foil packs, but for the environment, I can live with it.
