Animal-themed LEGO bundle combines polybag, Seasonal and Creator sets

LEGO bundles are nothing new but the latest to be revealed combines a Seasonal, Creator and polybag model in one collection.

As listed on the online instructions database, 66747 Animal Play Pack is coming later this year and the provided image confirms that it is a collection of existing models in one new bundle.

The sets featured in 66747 Animal Play Pack include 31128 Dolphin and Turtle, 40523 Easter Rabbits and 30643 Easter Chickens. Two of these are Creator models with 40523 Easter Rabbits being a Seasonal set. However, the common element between these models is their depiction of animals.

Despite 66747 Animal Play Pack’s common ground, it’s not common for LEGO bundles to mix themes as well as types of sets with a polybag and two boxed models.

This should make 30643 Easter Chickens easier to find as these bundles are usually widely available. Official details on its release, price and other details have yet to be confirmed but it is listed with the release year of 2023 on LEGO.com.

Other than 31128 Dolphin and Turtle, Easter is a strong theme in the bundle and the new Seasonal model for the holiday this year is 40639 Bird’s Nest available now and we’ve had the chance to review it.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
