LEGO City 60423 Downtown Tram revealed
LEGO City’s public transportation is getting a boost this summer thanks to 60423 Downtown Tram, the first of the summer 2024 sets to be revealed.
Online retailer Lucky Bricks has shared the first details of the rumoured 60423 Downtown Tram, bringing more public transportation options to LEGO City later this year. The 811-piece model consists of a station with two platforms and a coffee shop, a section of track with ramps, six minifigures and a dog.
Trams are rare for LEGO City sets but this model could function as a simplistic passenger train in place of 60337 Express Passenger Train.
The station is made up of three sections that can be detached and rearranged however you wish and includes a ramp for minifigures that need assistance or cannot use the stairs. The tram is wheelchair-accessible too and has room for all six minifigures. Of those six minifigures is a man with a guide dog as the theme continues to include diverse minifigures more commonly.
There are many other LEGO City sets rumoured for later this year, though nothing else has been officially confirmed at the time of writing and all unconfirmed details should be taken with caution.
