LEGO Classic Space Baby finally complete on Pick a Brick
The LEGO Space Baby can now be bought in full on LEGO’s online Pick a Brick service, making it easier to get your hands on the tiny astronaut.
LEGO 40712 Micro Rocket Launchpad is available now as a GWP with LEGO purchases over £180 / $200 / €200 (with a few exceptions), featuring two Space Babies – or rather, micro space characters in spacesuits and helmets, according to the official description. Still, the parts used to make them have ‘baby’ in the name – and they’re now all available to buy on LEGO Pick a Brick, making the adorably tiny space people even easier to get.
While the bodies in both blue and white had previously appeared on Pick a Brick, the heads have now quietly joined them, costing £3.18 a piece. That means each character in full costs £6.65 to put together. That’s a lot less than shelling out at least £180 / $200 / €200 on LEGO to get hold of the GWP in full, if the characters are all you’re interested in.
Check out the details of the space baby elements below with links to buy them easily, or click through to Pick a Brick to start browsing LEGO elements. The LEGO Group’s stock on individual parts is not infinite, so don’t waste any time in stocking up if you’re keen. It’s also worth noting that there’s a 5.50 service fee for Standard orders below £11, so it might be worth taking a look at some other recent additions to make your money go further.
