LEGO Fortnite is getting easier, or harder, later this week

Whether you’ve been finding LEGO Fortnite too challenging or too easy, a new update coming later this week aims to fix both issues.

Two new modes are coming to LEGO Fortnite later this week, adding on to the existing survival and sandbox modes with a cosy and wild version. The cosy mode makes the game easier with the ability to disable enemies, make battling them easier as well as disable hunger, temperature, stamina and more.

Wild mode is more in-depth and challenging, adding storm variants of existing enemies to battle to earn trophies as well as a totem that allows you to respawn. While respawning is available normally in survival and cosy mode, in wild mode, you will be unable to respawn without a Totem of Return. It’s the most challenging mode in LEGO Fortnite yet.

As usual, a new update to LEGO Fortnite brings with it dozens of new LEGO Styles for existing outfits and you can find the full list on the Fortnite website.

The highlights include LEGO Styles for Black Panther, Doctor Doom, Moon Knight, various NBA outfits, Shang-Chi, Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Spider-Man (No Way Home), Spider-Man 2099 and Tony Stark.

Various other gameplay changes and bug fixes are coming too when the update arrives on June 13. There’s still time to earn the LEGO Kit and LEGO Styles featured in the latest Battle Pass too.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
