LEGO Fortnite stream is leaving hints for the next content drop

The seven-day LEGO Fortnite stream is leaving some heavy clues as to what the next content drop in the game will focus on.

The LEGO Fortnite stream has been running since Friday, where you can watch LEGO Certified Professional Caspar Bennedsen work on a massive build of what appears to be an enormous brick-built Klombo. There are plenty of other clues being dropped as to what we can expect to be coming digitally in LEGO Fortnite soon.

LEGO Games Community Manager Carol Trang has been far from subtle in making sure viewers spot the clues, as shown in the clip pulled onto X below.

“In case you haven’t noticed, on the stream there’s been lots of hints” Carol said, with a smile to her colleague. “Music, the layouts: I hope that’s giving you clues as to what the upcoming content is.”

The music and layouts in question are jungle-themed, leading everyone watching to believe that a jungle biome is on its way to LEGO Fortnite. That’s in line with the LEGO Group’s physical releases this year, with LEGO City welcoming a number of jungle-themed sets this year, including 60424 Jungle Explorer ATV Red Panda Mission, 60425 Jungle Explorer Water Plane, 60426 Jungle Explorer Off-Road Truck, and 60437 Jungle Explorer Helicopter at Base Camp.

These sets saw the debut of various new LEGO animals, as well as a collectible with one piece in each set that came together to form an explorer’s map. Could this tie into LEGO Fortnite in some way? That remains to be seen when the fresh content is unveiled in full, perhaps towards the end of the seven-day stream at the end of this week.

I write about all the very best fandoms – and that means LEGO, of course. Spending so much time looking at and talking about LEGO sets is dangerous for my bank balance, but the LEGO shelves are thriving. You win some, you lose some.
