LEGO Ideas x Lofi Girl challenge winners revealed

LEGO Ideas’ Lofi Girl collaboration challenge has come to a close and its winners revealed, including one head-turning entry.

The iconic Lofi Girl livestream was the subject of a recent LEGO Ideas challenge in a collaboration between the brand and the LEGO Group. However, all good things must come to an end and as such, the winners of this contest have been announced.

The brief for this contest was to design a place that you like to escape to featuring the Lofi Girl character. However, some users took that brief one step further and are walking away with huge prize packages.

Winning  10312 Jazz Club21323 Grand Piano21334 Jazz Quartet21329 Fender Stratocaster and the Lofi Girl Plush Collection is BadgerDesigns. Their model features a life-sized model of Lofi-girl staring at a minifigure with a colourful and calming landscape built into the back of her head.

There are two runners-up, both of which have won 21329 Fender Stratocaster, 10312 Jazz Club, and Lofi Girl Plush Collection. The first is Legophant who submitted Lofi Girl’s cat resting on a bed of clouds, with Lofi Girl resting on top.

The other runner-up is ChairmanStrongCookie100 with a cabin on top of a book. The user admits in the entry description that they are new to BrickLink Studio, yet they’ve managed to win a massive prize.

As this LEGO Ideas contest closes, another has just started celebrating 15 years of the platform with a trip to Billund on the LEGO Fan Tour up for grabs.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
