LEGO Ideas x Target STEM challenge fan vote stage now open

The fan vote is now open for the LEGO Ideas x Target STEM challenge, with four designs currently battling it out for supremacy.

Last month the LEGO Ideas team set a new challenge, throwing the gauntlet down to fan builders to create a model based around and celebrating STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths). Following an extended initial submission deadline and hundreds of entries, the contest has now entered its fan vote stage.

There are currently four designs in competition with each other to become the next LEGO Ideas x Target set, although a maximum of five could have been chosen. The submissions that have managed to reach this stage certainly include a diverse mix of models, but only one can be the ultimate winner.

Fans now get the chance to cast their votes on The STEM Ball Machine by Toxiball, How Do We Fly? The Evolution of the Airplane from Dani_Fus, danielbradleyy’s Knowledge Is Power and Antique Microscope from Jimmi-DK.

The prize pack for the successful winning submission includes 1% of the total net sales of the finished product, 10 complimentary copies of their LEGO Ideas x Target model, and a credit and bio in the set’s materials as the LEGO Ideas Fan Designer.

The fan vote stage is open until November 12 and the results (as well as the winner) will be announced no later than March 1, 2024. To find out more about the LEGO Ideas x Target STEM challenge and to cast your vote, head right here.
