LEGO Star Wars encyclopedia cover character revealed

The LEGO Ideas Star Wars challenge has ended, confirming a character on the cover of the next LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia.

Earlier this month, an activity opened on LEGO Ideas that invited users to pick between three characters, the winner of which would be on the cover of the next LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia coming in 2025. This won’t have any effect on the exclusive minifigure confirmed for the book but it’s still a fun way to involve the community.

The options were Luke Skywalker in his rebel pilot garb, C-3PO and Ahsoka Tano based on her recent Disney+ series and the winner has now been announced. The most-voted option is now confirmed to be Ahsoka Tano.

The iconic character will now grace the cover of the 2025 book, the final design of which has yet to be revealed. The LEGO Ideas blog teases that the updated LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia will feature over 200 characters, showcasing prints, unique accessories and more.

The most-anticipated content of the book is likely going to be the exclusive minifigure, but we probably won’t know much about it until next year, unless the book launches towards the very start of 2025.

We’ll keep you updated on any other news relating to the 2025 encyclopedia as it comes. For now, there’s not long left until we know more about the winners of the LEGO House contest on LEGO Ideas

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
