Battle packs are an integral part of LEGO Star Wars but in recent years, the concept has begun to expand to other themes. However, they will likely never overtake the licensed range. These inexpensive models pack more minifigures and repeatable builds than other sets in their price range. The intent is to buy a few of each, though this can get expensive.
Thankfully, GAME’s current sale includes discounts on four LEGO Star Wars and NINJAGO battle packs for all, and they can be yours now. The biggest reduction by cost is £4.99 off 75372 Clone Trooper & Battle Droid Battle Pack.
The LEGO Star Wars set is home to the new and rare re-designed Super Battle Droid figure, which is a major improvement on the last iteration of the droid. Its increased detail makes this set a tempting purchase, assisted by the four Clone Troopers, a speeder bike and a multitude of other droids to build up two grand armies.
Elsewhere in LEGO Star Wars, GAME has an early discount on 75373 Ambush on Mandalore Battle Pack with a build that combines with itself and another The Mandalorian Season 3 set. You can save 20% on this model right now and collect its exclusive LEGO Star Wars minifigures.
Those not as interested in LEGO Star Wars – or who already have the full collection of battle packs – might want to look towards NINJAGO instead. 71805 Jay’s Mech Battle Pack is on sale now at GAME too for £2 off the £9 price. It includes an exclusive Lloyd minifigure, two Wolf Warriors and a minuscule mech.
These deals are subject to stock levels and some of the discounts have proven popular at GAME, causing sets to sell out for long periods.
