New LEGO DC The Dark Knight minifigure rumoured for 2025

New rumoured details for the LEGO DC 2025 sets have appeared online via a list of set names, positing two exciting minifigures for movie enthusiasts.

Reliable Instagram user clay.bricks has now shared reported set names for the three previously rumoured LEGO DC 2025 models. Rest assured, Superman and Lex Luthor are still named as the theme seems ready to finally explore the world of DC beyond Batman once more.

Of the updated list, the biggest revelation from this rumour is the word that the new The Dark Knight Tumbler set specifically names the Joker and Two-Face, likely confirming both as minifigures in the model. That is as long as the rumour is accurate and you should take it with caution in case.

Given that the Tumbler is the name of the Batmobile as it appears in The Dark Knight trilogy, this may mean a new version of Joker based on the film following his appearance in 76240 Batmobile Tumbler and the retired 76023 The Tumbler. Both minifigures are exclusive and it would be interesting to see which outfit a new version takes inspiration from. Alternatively, maybe it’s time for the nurse disguise to get a minifigure.

The latter option might make sense thematically as Two-Face is named in the rumoured set title as well. We’ve not yet had a minifigure of Two-Face based on his appearance in The Dark Knight and the prospect of such a minifigure is exciting for movie and DC enthusiasts.

Otherwise, the 4+ set is now rumoured to feature Mr. Freeze, who last appeared in 76274 Batman with the Batmobile vs Harley Quinn and Mr. Freeze. With new The Dark Knight minifigures and a minifigure beyond Batman rumoured, early 2025 may be exciting for DC fans. Still, take all rumours with caution.
