One week left to see your build become a LEGO Ideas set

Don’t forget that there’s over a week to enter two LEGO Ideas challenges, including one where your submission could be a future set on shelves.

The LEGO Ideas Lofi and STEM challenges both have a week left for their entry intake periods, where you can submit custom models to hopefully win the grand prize.

Out of the duo, the STEM challenge is likely to be the most appealing for LEGO enthusiasts as the grand prize is having your design made into a future LEGO Ideas set as part of the Target partnership. You can find out exactly what you need to build as well as the rules and requirements by heading to the challenge’s page.

Every project that makes it to the fan vote stage of this challenge will see the entrants win 21343 Viking Village, 21342 The Insect Collection and 21340 Tales of the Space Age.

The Lofi challenge is part of the partnership between the LEGO Group and Lofi Girl. Though there won’t be an official set from this challenge, the grand prize includes Lofi merchandise, three LEGO Ideas sets as well as 10312 Jazz Club. Two runners up will win the Lofi merchandise, 21329 Fender Stratocaster and 10312 Jazz Club. You can find out more by clicking here.

Those waiting for their next batch of LEGO sets to arrive or with some time to spare have not much more than a week to enter these challenges on LEGO Ideas. The closing date for their entry intake periods is October 17.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
