LEGO Stores will celebrate May the 4th with free Star Wars build
LEGO Stores in the UK and Europe will offer a free build to celebrate May the 4th this year, depicting two iconic characters from the franchise.
There’s a lot on the way for Star Wars Day on May 4, from a new LEGO Star Wars UCS model to a range of enticing GWPs. For those venturing into LEGO stores in the UK and Europe, there will also be the chance to pick up a free LEGO Star Wars build.
In Europe, visitors can pick up the tiny brick-built figures of Darth Vader and Princess Leia on May 4 between 10am and 12pm, and between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. The timings are slightly different in the UK, split across two days, between 10am and 12pm on May 4 and between 12pm and 2pm on May 5.
The number of sets given away will be on a first come, first served basis, so it’s best to arrive early to avoid disappointment. The style of the builds echoes that of the Minilanders often seen around LEGOLAND displays, but seemingly on a smaller scale. Both figures come with a circular element to act as a stand, perfect for display.
