Exclusive LEGO Play Day 2024 employee gift revealed

In addition to an exclusive minifigure, LEGO Play Day 2024 also rewarded lucky employees of the LEGO Group with their own unique set.

LEGO Play Day 2024 took place earlier this month, with employees of the company encouraged to unwind and take part in a variety of organised play activities during the annual event. In addition to plenty of fun and games, the LEGO Group also rewarded its staff with an exclusive minifigure, complete with collared white jacket and a 1×1 printed tile.

However, it now appears that the special minifigure wasn’t the only employee freebie given out on June 14. An image of 6528719 LEGO Play Day 2024: Unplug and Play has now been added to BrickLink, with the 220-piece model packaged in a standard yellow box often used for some GWPs.

Despite the image on the front of 6528719 LEGO Play Day 2024: Unplug and Play, there are no images of exactly what’s inside or what the various included elements may be used to create. LEGO employees are often given exclusive and rare items as rewards, with some eventually finding their way onto the secondary market for highly-inflated prices.

It’s unlikely that 6528719 LEGO Play Day 2024: Unplug and Play will be widely available outside of the LEGO Group, so you’ll need to do some deep digging on BrickLink, eBay and specialist online retailers if you’re thinking of adding the promotional set to your collection.

As soon as images of the full 6528719 Unplug and Play: 2024 Playday model are available, we’ll be sure to give you a peek.
