LEGO 40692 Sweet Shop gift-with-purchase confirmed

Thanks to the official LEGO Building Instructions page, 40692 Sweet Shop has been confirmed as an upcoming gift-with-purchase.

Earlier in 2024, the LEGO Group began releasing a new four-part series of GWP sets in the style of last year’s Houses of the World offerings. So far we’ve had 40680 Flower Store and 40684 Fruit Store, with two more microscale builds arriving at some point to round off the latest collection.

Now, thanks to the official Building Instructions page, we may know what the third GWP in the series might be. A listing for 40692 Sweet Shop has been added to the site, although there are currently no additional details available beyond the set’s title.

Based on the model’s name alone, it’s possible that 40692 Sweet Shop could offer up yet another two-storey build to expand the latest mini-modular series and feature sugary (but brick-built) confectionary within. It’s also worth noting that the GWP set is listed as 40692 Candy Store in the US, to reflect such real-world locations in the region.

At this stage, there are no hints as to when 40692 Sweet Shop may be available as a GWP, its piece count or the spending threshold required to obtain the promotional model. There are currently two GWPs available in the shape of 40689 Firework Celebrations and 30678 Minions’ Jetboard, although both are due to expire on July 7.

It’s possible that 40692 Sweet Shop may then be scheduled as a follow-up GWP, but we’ll bring you more information and images of the set as soon as we have them.
