LEGO NINJAGO highlights theme’s biggest mech and dragon ever

LEGO NINJAGO’s summer 2024 sets include two notably huge sets and now they’ve been compared in a new video teasing the second season.

Hot on the heels of the initial promotion of the Tournament of Sources yesterday, a new video highlighting the next chapter of LEGO NINJAGO has been revealed, teasing the scope of the tournament while highlighting two of the biggest LEGO NINJAGO summer 2024 sets.

The new video features Roby from 71814 Tournament Temple City as the commentator for the tournament, explaining his inclusion in the massive LEGO NINJAGO model.

The rest of the footage focuses on the size of both 71821 Cole’s Titan Dragon Mech and 71822 Source Dragon of Motion as the biggest mech and dragon in LEGO NINJAGO’s history. Seeing the two stand next to each other helps showcase the size of each build.

Another highlight of the video is the wider shots of the Tournament of Sources arena, with an intricate design that is made of cardboard and similar materials in the video. We’ll have to see whether this arena appears in the animated series, which seems likely to be getting a second part to the second season to tie in with the new sets.
