LEGO Play is Your Superpower campaign reveals new piece
The LEGO Group’s new Play is Your Superpower campaign may have revealed a brand new piece that has yet to feature in any current sets.
Launched earlier this week with a new video, Play is Your Superpower has a page on the official online store and to promote the campaign, a banner features a suite of interesting minifigures. However, the second minifigure from the right has an interesting hairstyle not quite like anything we’ve seen before.
To our knowledge, this is an entirely new minifigure hair element, joining the likes of fresh styles from 21341 Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage, 21339 BTS Dynamite and more. However, this hair piece doesn’t appear to feature in any current sets and given the months remaining in the year, may be our first look at a 2024 element.
The advert features a wig that is a combination of existing pieces with antennae on a hair element, but this too is a real brick from VIDIYO. Everything else is a realistic depiction of a current element, suggesting that this new hair will be available to collect in the future.

It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.

The strange hairpiece with the antennae is actually an existing element that appeared in both of vidiyo’s bandmates minifigure series
